Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Framework
Last Updated: February 11, 2026
At Followers Bucket, we maintain a strict stance against digital abuse and unsolicited communications. This document outlines our zero-tolerance policies and the standards required for all users of our platform.
1. Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy
We prohibit the use of our services for the transmission of unsolicited bulk emails (Spam). All communication originating from or related to Followers Bucket must be based on legitimate, verifiable consent.
2. Subscription and Opt-in Standards
To maintain the integrity of our delivery network, we enforce rigorous consent protocols:
- Explicit Consent: Users must provide clear and affirmative consent before being added to any communication list. We mandate the use of Double Opt-in procedures.
- Consent Logs: We archive comprehensive subscription data (including IP address, timestamp, and source) for every user to verify the legitimacy of the opt-in.
- Prohibited Sources: The use of purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party email lists is strictly forbidden. All contacts must be organically acquired.
3. Communication Requirements
Every email sent through or on behalf of our platform must include:
- A functional, one-click Unsubscribe Link that is processed immediately.
- A direct link to our Privacy Policy.
- Accurate and transparent identification of the sender's domain and physical address.
4. Address Validation
Email validation services may be employed exclusively for addresses that have already provided explicit consent. Using such services to "clean" unverified or scraped lists is a violation of this policy.
5. Content Restrictions
Followers Bucket prohibits the promotion of high-risk or predatory niches, including but not limited to:
- • Predatory lending or payday loans
- • Unregulated debt collection
- • Deceptive affiliate marketing
- • Illegal substances
6. Compliance and Enforcement
Failure to comply with any part of this AUP will result in immediate service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to audit subscription logs and delivery metrics to ensure ongoing adherence to these standards.
